A deserted village about a mile from Buntingford. The church is redundant and privately owned and undergoing long-term restoration. The top four images are from October 2013, the next five from April 2015 and the final six from may 2018 after the scaffolding and fencing have come down and the restoration appears to be complete.

Just north of Berkhamstead, the church has some Saxon remains in the south and west walls. The chancel is 13th century, the transepts 13th and 14th century. The stone tower was rebuilt in the 15th century with a porch and north aisle added in the 19th century. The east window showing the Crucifixion is an early Kempe example. The Millennium window is by Alexander Sidorov, the Loxley memorial showing local scenes is by Hugh Easton.

The original, church much extended in 1957, dates from 1882-83 and designed by Eustace Balfour. It is on the south side of the Garden City. Inside the church has been realigned with the altar against the north wall and the chancel left as a day chapel.
