In the district centre behind the shops in this north eastern district of the town. It forms part of a community centre and is shared between the Church of England and Methodists. It was designed by William E. Barnes and Partners and built in 1974.

One of the county’s largest churches with a low tower and fine east view across the landscaped river side. The tower is 12th/13th century, the nave 14th century with a 15th century clerestory. The north and south chapels are from the second half of the 15th century. It was restored by G.G. Scott in 1858-65 and George Pace in 1962.

A small church which is an Anglican and Methodist Local Ecumenical Partnership formed in 1976.The church was built in 1894 and was privately owned Anglican chapel until 1931.

Impressively sited on a corner, a modern church with a tall fleche and swept down roofing. Designed by Peter Bosanquet 1961 -1964. The hall (bottom pictures) across the car park is the original church adapted.

The town centre church designed by Laurence King, 1966-68. Glass and stations of the cross by John Hayward. It replaced a church of 1907 whose foundation stone was incorporated in the new building. In December 2019 the church was closed due to structural concerns.

Now a southern suburb of Letchworth, but still with a village atmosphere. The church is mainly 14th and 15th century.

In the centre of the small town 3 miles north of Welwyn Garden City. Most of the church dates from an almost complete rebuilding of 1911 by C.J. Blomfield. It was much rebuilt, including a new east window, after a fire in 1952.
