Used as a commercial photographic studio since 1986.

Chapel, Harmer Green

This was a private chapel of ease to Welwyn built in the mid 19th century. It was converted to a house and greatly extended in the early 1970s.

Baptist Chapel (former), Datchworth Green

At the western end of the Green, it was built in 1892 and extended in 1897. Closure came in 1976 and from 1978 it  has been by a model railway club, the Stevenage and District Model Railway Club’s  layouts filling its interior.

Chapel of the Annuciation (former), Furneux Pelham (Roman Catholic)

A 16th century barn at Tinker’s hall whose upper floor was transformed into a Roman Catholic chapel in the 1940s when Neville and Florence Lake, owners of the Rayments brewery in the village converted to Roman Catholicism and decided they wanted their own chapel. It was served by priests from surrounding parishes until its closure in July 2013. The furnishings and vestments that had been collected from a variety of sources were dispersed after closure.

Cemetery Chapels, Westmill Road, Ware

In the older part of Ware Cemetery which is bisected by Westmill Road on the outskirts of Ware. The two chapels joined at right angles for Anglican and Dissenters are by Thomas Smith and date from 1854-55. After disuse they were converted to housing around 2004.

Baptist Church (former), Cheddington Lane, Long Marston

Just east of the crossroads at the southern end of the village. It dates from 1869 and is now housing called Grace Lodge.

Wesleyan Church (former), Astrope Lane, Long Marston

Just west of the crossroads at the southern edge of the village is this chapel of 1864 now converted to housing.

Methodist Church (former), Sleapshyde

Almost at the end of a dead end lane in this hamlet between Colney Heath and Smallford. Built in 1840 it became disused in the 2000s and was converted into housing in 2013.

Wesleyan Chapel (former), Luton Road, Great Offley

At the north end of the villages and now converted into Chapel Cottages. It dates from 1886.

Burial Ground, Redhill

At the end of a muddy dead end bridleway lies the burial ground of a now demolished Independent Chapel which served this small hamlet between Sandon and Wallington.
