Just up the road from the Roman Catholic church. The chapel is boarded up and out of use.

Now in use commercially, it was converted after falling out of use in the 1980s. It dates from 1791-92

The former inter-denominational chapel of the former Shenley Mental Hospital that closed in 1998. Its huge site is now covered by modern housing and a pleasant park at whose north edge sits this large building of 1938. The architects were W.T. Curtis and D. Robertson. It is now used as a community hall.

Replaced by the 1930s chapel near the village centre. This building dates from 1875, and has been converted for commercial use.

On the edge of Hemel beyond the railway station this chapel was founded in 1668, re-built in 1690 and altered in 1856 and 1876. It closed in 1969 and is now a house, the upper story dates from this conversion.

Next to the Rose garden at the Bushey Heath end of Bushey. It was designed by Percy Morley-Horder and built 1904. It became a theatre and dance studios and academy but as of summer 2024 these have closed and the building is up for sale for £1.75 million.

A timber framed building of around 1750, long in non Quaker use. The last two pictures are from June 2015 after the completion of building work.

Now used as a club. It was built in 1881-82.

Built in 1778, with a rebuilding in the mid 19th century. It closed in 1918 and has had a variety of uses as a hall, auction rooms, club, printing works but was empty when photographed in Oct 2014. In March 2017 it was undergoing refurbishment (bottom right) and conversion into five two bedroom flats.
